No entry is allowed half an hour before closure of the exhibition..

Venue
Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center, China(88 Caobao Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai).

Admission
Admission is restricted to trade professionals only..

Attire
All visitors must be in proper attire. Those in shorts and slippers will not be allowed entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to attendees who are not appropriately dressed..

Visitor Registration
1. Pre-registration.
(1) On-line Pre-registration.
Pre-registration on line is efficient. (Recommend).
(2) Pre-registration by Email/Fax.
Please download the “Pre-registration Form”and fill it out then email to aff@zhenweiexpo.com or fax it to 010-58236567.
(3) Group Pre-registration.
For Group of visitors (more than 10 people), the organizer will provide Visiting Group Service. Please contact with Customer Service Center before Apr 30, 2012..

Visiting Procedure.
Pre-registration→ Confirmation call by the organizer→ Receive confirmation letter before the show→ Change for visiting badge by confirmation letter to the pre-registration counter on-site→ Visit.
Pre-registration visitor can get a gift and a show catalogue for free.

2. Register On-site
A visitor who will register on site need to fill in a Visiting Registration Form attached with two business cards by a queue line, and then will take the visitor badge and exhibition directory for access to the exhibition..
